UI/UX alterations in material and chain editors #301

  1. Material tree bug - "can't assign children to undefined" exception when e.g. 'Connective tissue' is selected
  2. Layer icons next to lyphs in Chain view
  3. Add material parents ("inMaterials" relation) to the material tree view, highlight edges with distinct colors
