Fix #180, Fix #181 Closes #173, closes #43, closes #63, closes #66

Need to add to the model instance ValueType the following instances:

ValueType(type="thermal_loss_factor", unit="factor"), ValueType(type="efficiency_multiple", unit="factor")

Also the chpshould be added the the AssetType Remaining TODOS:

update default values for #38
allow #67 as it is technically possible
