Server bugs #245

There are some bugs I run into using open-plan: • Creating a new scenario in a project runs in Server Error (500) • Reset simulation after you have run a simulation ends in 403 Forbidden and doesn’t reset the simulation • After you have run a Simulation, a click on Sensitivitätsanalyse runs in Server Error (500) I have tried it in Firefox and Edge, both have the same errors

@b-skorka - I updated the open-plan-tool and I fixed the first two points. The last point is not going to be fixed as we cannot support sensitivity analysis at the moment. Moreover when you have clicked on simulate, then there should be no more link to SensitivityAnalysis anymore, this is strange.

Let me know if you still have 403 or 500 errors
