Support compiler strict-mode in OPA #125

In OPA 0.37.0, compiler strict-mode is introduced to the check command; which can be enabled through the --strict flag. Support for this flag should be added, so that developers can more easily prepare for breaking changes that will be introduced in OPA 1.0.
