Incorrect location of Rego File option in New modal #178

I'll preface this by saying this is a tiny NIT, but it's annoying when making new files and it messes with my muscle memory 😆

Actual Behavior

When attempting to create a new File/etc in Pycharm 2024.2.3 the option for "Rego File" appears at the top of the list.

Expected Behavior

The "Rego File" option should appear in the lower division, along with the other plugins.

How To Reproduce

  1. Right-click in the project view
  2. Hover over "New" or Press the keyboard shortcut
  3. See incorrect location
