Some terminals seem to have issues with the exclamation emoji.
AFAICT, the emoji is not rendered at all on mac, at least not in iterm2. Might be a font issue though.
Also, the emoji is causing rendering issues for me in alacritty on Windows (or possibly only in WSL2)

In general, I think that unusual emojis should not be the default or should at least be configurable to use a different character.
