Addition of two new action :

hls_vector_generator -> action that generates a vector in FPGA and writes it on HOST memory
hls_parallel_memcpy -> action that read(write) data from(to) HOST memory during multiple iterations

These actions were created to experiment FPGA <-> GPU memory exchanges on AC922 with CAPI2.0
