Install instructions #185

Reading install instructions I´ve noticed that version information seems to be incoherent. It first states to download Python version 3.7.7 and in the Requirements topic it states Python >= 3.9.

The version that is actually needed is Python >= 3.9, we didn't noticed that the readme file was outdated. It was already fixed, thanks.
