Incomplete Attribution on Bundesland borders #175

Our current website only ever gives attribution to a single Bundesland, even when data from multiple ones is loaded. For example "48.39553396183698, 9.996261053740305" (BY/BW border) shows only the attribution for the BW data.

Do we want to solve this until demo day or do we say this is literally an edge case?
