first cut at CCI #8

Should fix #7. CCI just activated for the project. Let's see....

@vsoftco Please take a look at this PR: I'm confused: AppVeyor fails even though I didn't touch those config files. Second information: I added the code for MacOS testing but couldn't test it without the .circleci/config.yml accessible to CCI: I guess that only happens when merged. You might want to uncomment the MacOS job and see what happens. For now I take my hands off this PR. Please let me know if I should do sth/take a look again.

Appveyor fails due to the stack issues with Rainbow V, I'll disable the later.
