Can you please provide more background what you mean by "system hung"? Also, please confirm you built all components as per README? Did you set PYTHONPATH? LD_LIBRARY_PATH? Please also show an ldd output of the liboqs actually executed. Add/Edit: Please take a look at this Dockerfile to check how everything should play together.
