Your call, @vsoftco, whether enabling correct operation of the docker image for 0.7.2 would warrant a re-release...

@baentsch Thanks! I saw that. I'll re-tag. I still think that even if setup.py is not used, the library should just warn and not crash, so I'll fix that as well then re-tag the release after
