Does anyone know how I should pass the signature and the message for Falcon? I want to test the sample vectors provided in Falcon's documentation, let's say the one at the bottom.

However, in Python, it takes the message and signature as separate arguments, and within the signature of the test vector, there is the nonce, the message, and the signature. I've tried removing the message and concatenating the nonce and signature, but it gives me a false verification.

Given that it leads to a verification failure, I think it's more likely an issue with the Falcon message format. Some format bytes need to be changed when handling detached signatures vs combined signature/message blobs. See sections 3.11.3 and 3.11.6 of the current (as of writing) Falcon spec available here: https://falcon-sign.info/.
