If you look again, you'll see the applying encryption methodology has changed.

I am asking what is the difference between this one https://github.com/open-quantum-safe/liboqs-python/pull/82/commits/371885febcb476ac3c68e26c4e3128ff4e524b87 and the merge https://github.com/open-quantum-safe/liboqs-python/pull/82/commits/ec980b57c23fdb3333f13be4f9758e168f16bd90, at least I cannot spot it.
