Update virtualenv creation instructions

There's a typo in the command for creating the virtual environment,

@ralienpp The -mvenv is not really a typo, there's no need for a whitespace before the -m flag and the venv module name. But since we use -m SPACE module in other places, I'll merge this for consistency as well.
