As noted in https://github.com/open-quantum-safe/profiling/issues/110, the profiling code is running an old versions of liboqs. We are considering a full rewrite as discussed in https://github.com/open-quantum-safe/profiling/discussions/112, so for the time being we have the choice of removing the current profiling results from the website, or adding text describing them as out of date. The discussion in the 2024-04-23 OQS status call suggested that given that they are not invalid (just out of date), we can just add a disclaimer/warning. This issue is to do that.
