USBの再接続ができない問題 #80

以下の問題の続きです． https://github.com/haruyama8940/orne-box/issues/5

一部のデバイス（LiDARなど）でUSBを利用するソフトウェアを終了すると，USBを一度抜かないと再接続できない問題です．

同じ現象の報告がありました． ORINでJetpack5.1を使用していると，発生するようです． https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/serial-device-hangs-after-closing-unable-to-re-open-without-first-unplugging-it/253748/11

上記のコメントによると，5.1.2にすると修正されるそうです． A603も既に対応しているようです． https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/reComputer_A603_Flash_System/

こちらで解決しそうですので，確認したらissueを閉じます．

Jetpack5.1.2に変更した結果は別のissueで議論するためこちらのissueは閉じます．
