open-reaction-database.org is unreachable #107

Getting a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error when trying to access open-reaction-database.org. Seems to be a new problem today, and I'm getting the error on Chrome and Firefox.

@skearnes, @miori-nd - I think this will need some of your attention if it doesn't self-correct overnight.

Looks like the server is still up, but there's a certificate or DNS issue. I'll also add monitoring to get earlier notification of future failures.

This is entirely my fault; I misread the pulumi configuration and accidentally deleted the alias record that routed traffic to the load balancer when I was adding support for the www subdomain.
