Adds a ketcher modal for drawing reagent queries in the search interface.
Pins ord-schema in setup.py---now the pinned version only has to be specified in one place.
Replaces our fork of ketcher with a standalone release from https://github.com/epam/ketcher.

Resolves #47.

TODO: Same thing for full reaction queries? I think ketcher supports this.
