Dockerfile failing #707

Describe the bug Have you guys noticed that the docker file is failing on your end? On my side, it's erroring out on 'RUN ./build.sh' saying it can't find build.sh - maybe it's just me though.

Hi @aeinspanier. Sorry I didn't see your bug report earlier. Can I just check if you are encountering this problem when using the ORD Schema, or are you trying to build a local copy of the ORD-Interface? I can help you get either working but I know from personal experience that full interface can be a little complex to install depending on your individual system setup. If you want to work through the problem together then please drop me an email at ben@open-reaction-database.org to organise a time. I'm based in London (GMT time zone).

Hi @aeinspanier. Let me know if you still want some help solving this issue. If I don't hear anything by end of January 2024 then I will close the bug issue as part of a clean up.
