Removed broken YouTube link and added a new link to YouTube channel #745

Removed the link on https://docs.open-reaction-database.org/en/latest/ to the (now private) YouTube video at https://youtu.be/UyHVwJUBDIk.

A link to the ORD YouTube channel has been added to the quick links list.

@bdeadman you need to merge into main for this to deploy

@skearnes I wasn't sure about the etiquette of pulling straight into main so went for the branch. #746 will pull it through to main.
