Make CI run through without errors again #385

Self-explanatory, let me know if you want me to squash the commits or if it's fine the way it is.

This also deprecates Python 3.4 in CI and introduces 3.7 on the other end.

Coverage decreased (-1.6%) to 69.935% when pulling b851f2fd11ab3b811e512b875028f6b5449282d4 on smheidrich:fix_travis_20190814 into 20821e8a62fff2869cbdbe74d39aa580c3a19d0a on open-research:master.

Many thanks for this. I'm hoping to spend a bit more time than I have recently on Sumatra over the next few months, and this PR was a big help in giving me some momentum.
