Transformers Subtopic #13

I think we should add a transformers subtopic. It's a small topic, but I think it should be separate from AC circuits in general since it's an application of the AC circuit.

Yes I agree the transformers section is a very unique and specific application of AC circuits. Will add a transformers subtopic
