None of the learning outcomes for < 016.Waves> and <020.Electromagnetic Waves> topic are appropriate for PHYS 122 2018W2 Second Term Test Q3 question (https://github.com/open-resources/private_question_sources/tree/main/Hopkinson_past_stuff/Firas%20tex%20files%20and%20answers/Phys%20122%202018W2/Second%20test). I suggest adding some learning outcomes about light reflection and refraction (&refractive index) such as “Explain how electromagnetic waves (such as light) are reflected and transmitted at the boundaries of different mediums”.
