Summary

This PR adds a script to generate email templates in Brevo from markdown.

Changes

Create script in scripts/createTemplate
- supports create / update template
- supports frontmatter configs (sender name, email, replyTo, template id, etc.)
- How to use in createTemplate/README.md

.. and i wonder if this should be a gist or a small standalone repo as i can imagine we can use this for lots of stuff e.g. creating the regular newsletter ...
