Allow clean mode to be configurable for each clean task #11

Description

Currently the cleaning mode of the robot is set via active_cleaning_mode in the config file. I believe that this is fixed throughout the run time of the fleet adapter. There is currently no way of changing the cleaning mode for different clean tasks.
