Missed ModeParameter msg ros to ff converison #137

New feature implementation

Acces the Docking name from client

Implemented feature

ModeParameter msg lost while conversion ros msg to ff msg which is include the docking station name . There fore in docking sequence it is not possible to load specific parameters according to docking station .
