[doc] Architecture diagram #194

Trying to get an overlook of the whole picture. This is not intended to stay in this readme, we can move it, but I would like to use this PR as a way to discuss how to represent the architecture.

Fyi there is also a discussion board for discussing such items.

Is the intention to show how the different Open-RMF packages are used? Or dependencies? What do the arrows signify?
