The recent GPG incident has resulted in many of our GH workflows failing. I'm putting this ticket here cause I don't wont to replicate it everywhere, but the simple solution is to bump the ros-tooling/setup-ros version from v0.1 to v0.2. Currently PRs open-rmf/rmf_traffic#33 and open-rmf/rmf_battery#12 have been used to bump the input.
