[Bug]: Previews for fuel models do not work correctly in workcell editing mode #199

Ubuntu 22.04

Description of the bug

When using the fuel browser, selecting a model to be previewed will display it in the 3D world at the origin instead of in the preview window.

Steps to reproduce the bug

$ cargo run --release -- assets/demo_workcells/demo.workcell.json

Under Create, expand New Model
Choose Browse Fuel
Filter Owners down to OpenRobotics
Look for DeliveryBot, CleanerBot1, or CleanerBot2 (this may take a lot of scrolling) and select it
See that the preview window is blank, but the model preview appears in the 3D window at the origin
