Following the discussion here we've determined that we should embed a copy of the fcl-0.6 source code into rmf_traffic and statically link against it in order to have a bug-free version of fcl-0.6 for our motion planning. This will be a temporary measure until a newer version of fcl is released into the upstream package managers.
