Feature: Select All in Grids Only Should Select All Rows #1793

Describe the bug

If you use the Select All feature in our of our grids, it only selects the current set of paged data.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to any grid
  2. Check the Select All checkbox, only the current paged data is selected.
