Feature: adjust contributor activity indicators

Current behavior

The current thresholds for contributor activity are

• Low <5
• Medium 5 <= 80
• High > 80

These match the pull request activity for a repository, which is unreasonably high.

Suggested solution

We should adjust to better reflect activity levels for contributors

• Low <2
• Medium 2 <= 5
• High > 5

My suggestion

1. Removing activity from this table all together would be a quick fix
2. I also recommend we expand repositories to this: react, react-native + 3
3. Also want to most used languages seem off. Not one core team member has JavaScript as a most used language.

Also due to performance reasons, I would make the card layout the default.
