Feature: Adding interested based on solutions offered by open-source projects

Current behavior

In step-2 of onboarding, (Choose your interests) shows only programming languages only.

Suggested solution

All users may not choose their interest based on language. We can keep the interests solution-centric. This allows longevity of contributors and community member because it can truly align with their focus, expertise, and belief.

Few suggestions for interests are:

1. DevOps
2. Developer Productivity
3. SaaS
4. Security
5. AI etc..

We can also use the tags and description to conclude the category on GitHub. Given below is an example of Apache DevLake repository
