fix: update user redirects to exclude notifications, settings, and card paths

Description

• Fixes an issue where the /user/:username to /u/:username redirect is too greedy
• /user/notifications, /user/settings, and /user/{username}/card are ignored

3. Note the redirect to /u/brandonroberts
4. Login
5. Navigate to /user/settings
6. Note the /user path segment is not changed to /u and the page loads successfully
7. Navigate to /user/notifications
8. Note the /user path segment is not changed to /u and the page loads successfully
9. Navigate to /user/brandonroberts/card
10. Note the /user path segment is not changed to /u and the page loads successfully
