Change "Recommendations" tab in the user profile to "Recommendations for You" #3528

To bring more clarity to the individual User experience, let's rename Recommendations to Recommendations for You, maintaining the same style that's currently implemented.

The only thing to consider for this is on smaller screens, a longer tab name will cause the tabs to scroll horizontally.
