Feature: Ability to Rename a StarSearch Conversation #3542

As a user of StarSearch, I want the ability to rename a conversation so that I can more easily identify it in the list of my past conversations with StarSearch.

Looking at the different platforms, ChatGPT offers delete, rename, and archive

whereas Gemini offers pin and rename

Building off the work in #3527 we should consider allowing the renaming of a StarSearch conversation via a PATCH endpoint, e.g.

PATCH /v2/star-search/<uuid>/stream
