fix: remove GitHub organization permissions request from authentication

Description

• Removes the read:org scope from the permissions when connecting your GitHub account
• Also removes dead code associated with GitHub Team syncing
• We removed organization team syncing from Repository Insight Pages, but didn't remove the permissions request
• This will be re-introduced in a future update
