Steps to reproduce

View on mobile and note the logo and some chart elements are not blurred.

There's z-indexes at play here on the repo page causing a poor experience on smaller screens. It looks like there might be a container element in the repo page that is causing this. Ideally we should be avoiding z-index usage here.
