feat: redirect user to workspaces after onboarding

Description

• Redirects new user to workspaces after completing onboarding
• They are then displayed the workspaces modal with the introductory video
• Also fixes a size issue with the swift icon on the interests section of onboarding

Steps to QA

1. Go to deploy preview in an incognito window
2. Connect with a new account
3. Go to through onboarding
4. Note after onboarding, you're redirected to your personal workspace
5. The workspaces intro modal is displayed
