fix: workspace insight header paddings

Adds padding to contributor insights. Also match padding for insight headers to the workspace home page's.

+1 to @jpmcb 's comment, also noticed the headers for contributor insights and repository insights aren't matching:

@zeucapua can we make it so Workspaces, Contributor Insights and Repository Insights match the horizontal and vertical positioning of the header?
