Describe the bug

A few examples of CSS bounds seeming to be broken on mobiile:

iPhone 15 max - Safari

Firefox simulated iPhone 12 max

Firefox simulated iPhone 12 max

Steps to reproduce

go to any workspace on mobile

On this particular page, I believe it's the repositories dropdrown. There are other pages as well where I think recent changes to layouts have caused issues with several pages. I'm going to take a peek at this early next week when I'm back.
