Bug: layout shifting on select #4166

Describe the bug

When a user clicks on a different value of select, it causes the layout shift. see recording below

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the user settings page

The drop down should have a fixed width, probably w-full so it expands to the size of its container element.
