feature: Implement `InsightsHub` Page

Summary

Create the InsightHub page where we'll display all the user-created dashboards.

We have endpoints for this

• To get insight pages for the authenticated user
  • https://api.opensauced.pizza/#/Insights%20service/findAllInsightsByUserId

Questions

• Do we know what the URL for this page will be? /home?
• We also need to figure out the URL for the Go to Page

@SunGoldTech we currently have to combine this with Gitsense API endpoints to populate the insights list page. I can bring this page together
