feature: Generate a shareable contributor resume page

  This is a feature requested by both Vercel and Supabase. The idea is simply exporting contributions for one user. This could be added as part of our reports feature, but a step further would be present this in a designed and shareable social card or pdf.

Thought

• as a user I should be able to export my resume in csv form
• as a user I should be able to export into a pdf
• as a user I should be able to export my contribution resume into a social or twitter card
• as a user I should be able to embed my contribution resume on my github profile (markdown)

Why?

Developers who work on private or proprietary code cannot easily showcase their ability to work on a project or team. Open source provides this. Sharing code can reduce implicit bias and make hire diverse teams easier. This makes hire more equitable and remove the emphasis on the white boarding.
