feat: new lunchweek landing page

Description

Created new /lunchweek page:

• Content is currently hardcoded in an object in the Launches.tsx file, which contains titles, descriptions and links to resources (not the most elegant, I know )
• Need to add links as we create blogposts and videos
• Object also has a "blurred" option to blur out each section before it's released
