feat: add redirect for intro course #311

Description

We need to create a subdirectory for our open source courses on our site. This sets it up to do that.

Steps to QA

  1. To check this locally, you'll need to change the next.config.js line 32 to destination: 'https://deploy-preview-227--sauced-intro.netlify.app/:path*/',
  2. run locally and navigate to opensauced.pizza/learn
