feat: update Quote rendering for blog posts #341

Description

Implements TailwindCSS' typography plugin by adding prose prose-invert to <BlogTextContent /> that renders the different HTML tags correctly, including blockquote.

Steps to QA

  1. Go to /blog and pick a post

  2. Ensure any quotes are rendered correctly (italics with a left bar)
