@kumar007ambi you only need the hacktoberfest tag if the repo isn't labeled hacktoberfest.

@BekahHW I read the participation rule for the Hactoberfest. I am just mentioning for valid contribution. Apart from that I am contributing to other repos also which are also part of hactoberfest. There I do not need to mention it. The maintiners add the hactoberfest tag by their own.That's why I mention to add tag.
