This will have different steps:

get examples of lab inventory and reagent description in the literature to determine columns for a spreadsheet for Drosophila description
determine for each entry where it will end up with the Key Reagent Table
create a small Shiny app to transform one into the other (and back)

probably too early, antobodies should probably be done first...
